Is Trove Wealth really free?

Yes. Core features — accounts, transactions, net worth overview, recurring items, and basic budgets — are free forever with no time limit. Pro adds AI, forecasting, unlimited budgets, and advanced analytics for £4.99/month.

Does it connect to my bank automatically?

Not yet — you add accounts and transactions manually, which means your data stays completely under your control and no bank credentials are ever stored. Automatic bank sync via Open Banking is on our roadmap.

Is my financial data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with row-level security ensuring your data is only accessible by you. We never sell your data or share it with third parties.

What devices does it support?

Trove Wealth is available for iPhone (iOS 16 and above). Your data syncs automatically via your account. An iPad version with a full split-view layout is currently in development and will follow the iPhone launch.

How does Family Sharing work?

With a Pro subscription, up to 6 family members can access all Pro features through Apple's built-in Family Sharing — at no extra cost. Each person has their own separate account and data. Managed through your iCloud family group, just like any other App Store purchase.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, cancel any time through your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No lock-in, no cancellation fee. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period, then revert to the free plan.
